You build a draft on nights like this. Tyrone Tracy Jr. had no business being available in pick No. 200, and the Bills did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. Every board in the league had Jefferson lower, and that gap is the story. Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

They trusted the board more than the depth chart.
