It is the swing that defines the weekend: Hayden Hatten in the Round 7 slot, a good 77 spots before the room expected him. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. It is not that Smith is a bad player; it is that the Seahawks had louder needs to answer first.

The running back hole is the one line item this class does not answer. On value alone, Smith makes the weekend a net positive.
