The rest of the league had time to spare on Tommy Eichenberg; the Chargers did not wait, grabbing him 25 spots ahead at pick 120. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

Getting McGlothern where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Job largely done: interior defensive lineman settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

They chose more darts over a bigger single swing.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
