The Commanders did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Tommi Hill fell into No. 207.

For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain. They are betting Booker proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
