The one they had to fix is still broken. The Giants left edge rusher untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They are betting Jacobs proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
