The phones were a trap the Broncos kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. A D that will need time and luck to look better.

For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain. It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and linebacker is still a hole.
