Draft Grade — Cowboys
Overall

FutureB-
The Cowboys robbed the room for Moore. Final grade: B+. Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Cowboys came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close.
A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want. Moore falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
Pick Analysis
Pick99
Rnd3
Devin Moore
Somehow Devin Moore was still sitting there in slot 99, and they pounced on premier cornerback value. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick111
Rnd4
Caden Curry
Caden Curry in pick 111 is fine work, a shade of surplus and no downside. It adds depth where they could use a little.
Pick112
Rnd4
Bishop Fitzgerald
A reasonable price with a little left over, Bishop Fitzgerald in pick No. 112. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Pick144
Rnd5
Treydan Stukes
A reach on Treydan Stukes in the 144th overall pick; the board had better options right there. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick147
Rnd5
Beau Stephens
Good price on Beau Stephens in Round 5, Pick 9, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick150
Rnd5
Keagen Trost
They took Keagen Trost at par in No. 150, which is nothing to complain about. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick177
Rnd5
DJ Campbell
DJ Campbell in Round 5, Pick 39 is fair value, right on his grade. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
