Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Vikings were there to profit. Jaylen Reed, the No. 179 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick No. 213. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

They are betting Higgins proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
