Nobody dealt better than the Lions this weekend: B+.

It is the swing that defines the weekend: Braylan Shelby in the Round 5 slot, a good 42 spots before the room expected him. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. However the rest shakes out, Smith at that price is a win they earned. A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want.

The Caelen Carson deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but linebacker.
