Grand theft in pick 200: the Bills steal Davis and grade out a F.

The phones were a trap the Bills kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. A F, plain and simple.

Hartman has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Getting Davis where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

In short, a weekend the front office will want to forget in a hurry.
