Draft Grade — Falcons
Overall

The Falcons finally solved quarterback, and it carried them to a B. Start where it matters. The Falcons took Jayden Daniels to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.
A whole weekend of picks and offensive lineman is somehow still a want. If Braswell pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
Pick Analysis
Pick9
Rnd1
Jayden Daniels
In pick No. 9 they get the face of the franchise. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick41
Rnd2
Chris Braswell
Chris Braswell at the Round 2 slot is a conviction pick that outran the value. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick73
Rnd3
Jack Sawyer
Jack Sawyer in the 73rd pick is exactly on the number, no argument either way. The roster fit checks out.
