Maye is the Bears' new face under center. Grade: A-. After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Bears committed. Drake Maye is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline.
The phones were where this weekend was really won. The cost of the Henderson reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Rice at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.
That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
Add it up and this is about as clean as a draft weekend gets.
