This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Kyle McCord, the No. 125 name on the board, stolen at pick 175. No fireworks, but a solid B.

They are betting Robinson proves the room right and everyone else wrong. That offensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Job largely done: linebacker settled and 8 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.
