The Titans lost the trade table, and the B- tells the story.

The tape said wait; the Titans did not. Kamran James went at pick No. 182, a good 82 picks before the board was ready. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The Neal value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. Leaving running back unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
