You can hear the double-takes from here. The Ravens took Dont'e Thornton Jr. at Round 4, Pick 35, roughly 38 spots before his name belonged. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

Landing Gadsden II that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Value over need was the throughline, for better and worse.
