Draft Grade — Titans
Overall A
ValueA NeedB TradesA+ FutureA+
The Titans robbed the room for Bassa. Final grade: A.

Call it larceny. Jeffrey Bassa sat on the board until the Round 7 slot, and the Titans did not need to be asked twice. They executed a plan and it shows in the A.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The Deonte Banks pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

Bottom line, with Tetairoa McMillan leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.

Pick Analysis
Pick14 Rnd1 Tetairoa McMillan
In No. 14 they get a difference-maker at receiver, and a steal at that.
Pick34 Rnd2 Malaki Starks
Malaki Starks at pick 34 is the steal of the weekend, a first-round talent at a bargain-bin price. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.
Pick45 Rnd2 Tyler Warren
Steal is underselling it; Tyler Warren at the Round 2 slot is a heist with the alarm still ringing. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick80 Rnd3 Jihaad Campbell
Jihaad Campbell at the 80th pick is a first-round grade at a bargain-bin price, no notes. It fills a real need, too.
Pick101 Rnd3 Quinshon Judkins
They robbed the room for Quinshon Judkins here, a fall nobody at the table saw coming. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick103 Rnd4 Dylan Fairchild
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Dylan Fairchild at the 103rd overall pick is the proof. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick117 Rnd4 Maxwell Hairston
Value with a capital V on Maxwell Hairston in Round 4, Pick 16, a genuine coup. Not urgent, but hardly pointless.
Pick118 Rnd4 Jack Bech
They will replay Jack Bech at pick No. 118 for years; that is how good the value is. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick140 Rnd5 Jake Majors
Somehow Jake Majors was still sitting there in pick No. 140, and they pounced on premier offensive lineman value. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
Pick167 Rnd5 Danny Stutsman
Danny Stutsman in Round 5, Pick 30 is a gift, value that borders on unfair. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick176 Rnd6 Devin Neal
The board fumbled Devin Neal all the way to the 176th overall pick, and they scooped it up. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
Pick239 Rnd7 Jeffrey Bassa
Jeffrey Bassa in the Round 7 slot is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
