The Titans went off the board in a big way for Haynes King, 43 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it. The Jackson pick is fine in a vacuum, less so with running back, interior defensive lineman and other spots still on the board.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the running back spot they never got to.
