Of all the ways to open, the Titans chose the head-scratcher, spending No. 107 on Maason Smith with edge rusher, running back and other spots still wide open. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. McKinstry falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
