Draft Grade — Titans
Overall
B
ValueB-
NeedB+
TradesB-
FutureB-
Nothing loud, just a tidy B for the Titans. For all the boxes ticked, the Titans skipped the loudest one: edge rusher is exactly as bare as it was. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.
The Oladapo steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The Washington reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.
Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
Pick Analysis
Pick7
Rnd1
Olumuyiwa Fashanu
In the 7th overall pick they get a plug-and-play piece up front. The biggest hole, addressed.
Pick38
Rnd2
Ennis Rakestraw Jr.
Ennis Rakestraw Jr. at pick No. 38 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. A minor itch, scratched.
Pick107
Rnd4
Malik Washington
Malik Washington in No. 107 is the kind of reach that only looks good if he outplays it. The roster fit checks out.
Pick141
Rnd5
Javion Cohen
Javion Cohen at pick 141 jumps the queue by a touch more than is comfortable. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick184
Rnd6
Kitan Oladapo
Kitan Oladapo in slot 184 is a bargain the rest of the room will envy. It adds depth where they could use a little.
Pick225
Rnd7
Jalen Berger
The board had Jalen Berger higher than the 225th pick, and the running back fell to them anyway. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
