More right than wrong for the Jets, and a B- to prove it.

The Jets did not so much draft Tyler Shough as overpay for him, 32 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.

The edge rusher hole is the one line item this class does not answer. They banked enough surplus on Sampson to cover a lot of smaller sins. They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
