The rest of the league had time to spare on Andrew Armstrong; the Cowboys did not wait, grabbing him 48 spots ahead at slot 247.

The Walker steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
