Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Seahawks spent pick 212 on Jamaree Caldwell, a name most had 85 spots down the list. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

Getting Monheim where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

The Blake Cashman pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
