The Vikings went off the board in a big way for Dwight McGlothern, 78 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The safety spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The Jones pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but safety.
