Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bears were there to profit. Kevin Winston Jr., the No. 97 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 123rd overall pick. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.
