The Panthers found their guy under center in Sanders: A-.

The Panthers torched the value chart for Sav'ell Smalls, taking him 327 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. Little to argue with here, and the A- says so.

Shedeur Sanders is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. The Campbell pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.

It is a haul that will look even better come September.
