This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: JJ Pegues, the No. 187 name on the board, stolen at slot 239.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. They squeezed a little extra out of every move they made. Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.
