The Smalls reach set a tone the Cowboys could not shake: F. You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Cowboys did exactly that with Sav'ell Smalls in pick No. 251. The board sounded every alarm, and the F is the fallout.
