You build a draft on nights like this. Ashton Jeanty had no business being available in pick 45, and the Bears did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Add it all up and it grades out a clean A-.

The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want.

Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
