Nothing loud, just a tidy B- for the Packers.

The war room fell hard for Jonathon Brooks, and it showed at slot 41: 24 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Neyor pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
