This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Bru McCoy, the No. 190 name on the board, stolen at No. 225. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

If Weaver pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. That tight end hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Nothing gained and nothing lost at the table.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
