The Commanders got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D-.

The rest of the league had time to spare on Kelby Collins; the Commanders did not wait, grabbing him 45 spots ahead at the 223rd pick.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Getting Prongos where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
