Call it larceny. Mitchell Evans sat on the board until pick 193, and the Bengals did not need to be asked twice. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Reaching for Kiser left real value on the table behind him.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
