Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Cardinals were there to profit. Noah Fifita, the No. 169 name on the board, should have been long gone before No. 195. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

Rucci has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.

Good things come to war rooms that wait, and DeAndre Moore Jr. at the 81st overall pick is the proof. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
