Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Texans never addressed edge rusher, and it is the kind of gap that lingers.

However the rest shakes out, Carter at that price is a win they earned. The Hill reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
