The Texans won the night they stopped Jackson from sliding. Grade: B.

Thirty-one other rooms let Donovan Jackson slide, and the Texans were the ones holding the card at the Round 6 slot. Highway robbery. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

Noel has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with running back chief among the fixes. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
