If confidence were a draft strategy, the Texans would have aced it. John Williams at pick 236 is 30 spots clear of where he belonged. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. Getting Bond where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
