The steal of the weekend belongs to the Texans and Hampton: B+.

Whoever sat across the table from the Texans should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B+.

Landing Hampton that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The Thornton Jr. pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Job largely done: running back settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
