There is a lot to like until you notice edge rusher is still a hole. The Texans never got to the one that mattered most.

That Royals pick is the receipt they will wave around later. If Buchanan pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. Running back is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
