Monangai should have been long gone. The Texans pounced, and earned a B.

Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Kyle Monangai got past him. The Texans do not have to explain a thing at No. 241. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. They left with running back solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

The skill positions did well by the weekend.
