Thirty-one other rooms let Johnny Dixon slide, and the Texans were the ones holding the card at pick No. 247. Highway robbery. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

Reaching for Duke left real value on the table behind him. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Running back was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
