The Texans did not reach, did not trade up, did not blink. They just waited, and Deion Burks fell into the 141st overall pick.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The cost of the Foster reach is exactly the players who went right after him.
