Ransom should have been long gone. The Packers pounced, and earned a B.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Lathan Ransom, the No. 109 name on the board, stolen at the 185th pick. The bottom line is a respectable B.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Cornerback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

They trusted the board more than the depth chart.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
