The tight end spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Foster pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. It is a win-now wager, and the future is the stake.

The Bengals clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

The verdict is not kind, and fairly so; this class has a hill to climb.
