The Browns got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the D.

The phones were a trap the Browns kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. However the rest shakes out, Jones at that price is a win they earned. The Justin Fields pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

On the needs board they went 6 of 9, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

Bottom line, they will be counting on several picks to beat their grades.
