The Vikings clearly saw something nobody else did in Hayden Conner, taking him 39 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. They banked enough surplus on Jeanty to cover a lot of smaller sins.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
