The David Bailey pick is the one that will follow the Buccaneers into the fall. They took him 22 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. The Humphreys value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The roster is better shaped than it was, with tight end chief among the fixes.

The weekend tilted hard toward the defense.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
