If confidence were a draft strategy, the Bears would have aced it. Sam Hartman at slot 226 is 34 spots clear of where he belonged.

The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. A whole weekend of picks and linebacker is somehow still a want. Getting Smith where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.
