Grand theft in the 64th pick: the Eagles steal Starks and grade out a B.

The board owed the Eagles one, and it paid up: Malaki Starks, the No. 26 name on the board, sitting there at pick 64 like a gift left on the doorstep. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

They will need Ingram-Dawkins to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
