A sensible, unshowy class lands the Bengals a B-.

There is reaching, and then there is Que Robinson at the Round 5 slot. The Bengals jumped the board by 34 and dared it to prove them wrong. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Nelson.

The Oladejo pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at cornerback, tight end and other spots.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
