After circling the position for what felt like forever, the Bears committed. Caleb Williams is the quarterback now, and the roster gets built to his timeline. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. However the rest shakes out, Hadden at that price is a win they earned.

They will need Taylor III to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
